Copyright and reporting content

Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. Who owns the content

Teachers author the content of their courses. It stays theirs or their licensors', and they license Fahmona to show it and to generate study tools from it. Other content belongs to Fahmona or its licensors.

2. If you see content that infringes your rights

Write to legal@fahmona.com and include:

  • your name and a way to reach you;
  • the work you hold the rights to;
  • the link to the content on Fahmona, or the course and lesson name;
  • that you hold the rights or act for the holder, and that what you say is accurate.

3. What we do

We review every complaint. When it is valid we take the content down for students and tell the teacher, and we keep a record of valid complaints against each teacher's content.

4. If you are a student

If a lesson or study tool looks copied to you, choose "Report a problem" and then "Copyright infringement".
